SHIPPING DETAILS (USA Shipping)

HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE
  • During the holidays, delays may occur in shipping times. We ship USPS or FedEx and each carrier will release a holiday schedule on their website to reflect expected delays. Agricameras does not have any control over carrier delays but we will continue to ship your orders out promptly!
  • USPS picks up every day from our warehouse. If an order shows that USPS has not received or scanned the shipment, this does not mean there is a problem with your order. Sometimes USPS does not scan all shipments. 99% or more of shipments arrive, even when it is not scanned, so please be patient and reach out if you have any questions.
USA Shipping:
  • All orders of $50.00 or greater will receive FREE Shipping and orders $49.99 and under will have a $5.99 shipping cost for this USPS/UPS Ground 1-3 day Shipping service.
  • All orders are being shipped Ground from Florida. Most orders arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
  • When selecting expedited shipping services (Next day air, 2nd day air, etc.) weekend days or holiday's do not count as a day of shipping. 

SHIPPING DETAILS (Outside USA Shipping)

For any missing items, damaged items or any other mistakes that we have made or is caused during the shipment of products to customers, if applicable, Agricameras must be notified within 3 business days from the date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION (any shipments outside USA)

Agricameras is based in Austin, TX, USA. Any FREE shipping promo or offer only applies to USA. Agricamera only ships to USA, Canada and Mexico at this point. If you live in a country outside of North America, email sales@agricameras.com to find out the costs to ship to your address and if shipment can be made.

Agricameras ships out all orders the same day that the order is received, as long as the order is received by 2:00 PM CST on a business day. If the order comes in after 2:00 PM CST or on a holiday or weekend, the order will ship out the next business day. You will receive an email with the shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped and picked up by shipping carrier.

International Shipping Important Information:

  • Agricamera only ships to USA, Canada and Mexico at this point. If you live in a country outside of North America, email sales@agricameras.com to find out the costs to ship to your address and if shipment can be made.
    • There are 3 to 4 shipping services that we use, depending upon the weight and country that we are shipping to. 
    • All prices are USD

    • Depending upon the shipping service that you choose, the shipping carrier will provide insurance of up to $100 for shipment, in case the shipment is lost or damaged during shipping from our location to yours. Agricameras does not provide any additional shipping insurance other than what the carrier offers
    • The amount of shipping time that is listed with the shipping service is the normal shipping time. Depending upon country and the situation, at times, it could take longer for your country's customs to review and release a package for delivery. Normally, most country's customs services release incoming shipments within 1-3 days, however, there are times when this could take longer. If this occurs, Agricameras does not have any control on the speed at which your country's customs will review and release your shipment.
    • The shipping cost you choose and pay for will cover the cost from door to door, meaning, that this shipment is scheduled to be delivered to yoru door. However, depending your country, there could be some import taxes that you will need to pay for your shipment to be released. Every country is different and has different taxes on importing products from the USA. Agricameras is not responsible for any import taxes and it is the buyer's responsibility to research these possible taxes
    • Depending upon the country and shipping service that USPS hands off this shipment to in your country, it may be required for you to be present to receive and sign for this shipment. Agricameras cannot determine or control if the shipping company in your country can leave a shipment without a signature or requires a signature.
    • Agricameras offers a 100% 30 Day money back guarantee on all products sold, however, this 100% money back guarantee applies to the cost of the product, not the cost of the shipping. If you decide you want to return the product for a refund, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover the cost to ship the product back to Agricameras and once we receive the product, we will refund the cost of the product, not the cost of shipping from our location to yours for your initial purchase. If Agricameras made a mistake on the shipment and Agricameras confirms this malfunction or mistake, TAgricameras will refund the cost of the product and the cost of the shipping from our location to yours.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

    Agricamera does not add additional insurance and does not require signature on any shipments, unless request from customer. If customer requests insurance, there will be an additional insurance cost. If customer requests signature required, there could be an additional fee for this service.

    For any missing items or mistakes that Agricamera makes for shipments of products to customers, if applicable, Agricameras must be notified within 3 business days from the date customer received shipment. If Agricameras is notified after 3 business days, then Agricameras is not responsible for any potential mistakes made by USPS, UPS, or Agricameras.
